Neighbors Bank made the entire process effortless...from the ease of the various forms that had to be signed, to providing outstanding service in the form of Lyndsy Richardson my loan officer and Chris Wappelhorst, the pipeline coordinator. It was a wonderful experience beginning to end! I will not hesitate to recommend Neighbors Bank to anyone looking for a home mortgage!

WOW, what a great experience, these guys were so easy to work with and if I had any questions, they were right there to give me an answer. The online process and ability to upload documents directly made the whole thing super easy. I would recommend everyone try Neighbors Bank

They work with and FOR you and make the home-buying process fast, fun, and easy. Highly do NOT recommend Neighbors Bank. I’ve tried everything I can to get ahold of them and request a new loan officer (as I was not getting any answers or questions met)...made some phone calls and his boss called me back out of obligation. Said he was taking over and I could email and text the same email given and phone number and I still haven’t heard back weeks later. Absolutely horrible experience with multiple employees, I’m very disappointed in Neighbors Bank.
