Great bank very nice people and almost no monthly fees as long as you keep a good balance you have zero monthly fees if you aren’t able to keep $100 into your account as an average then you will have some fees but luckily I don’t have this problem. I just wanted to say thank you to Neighbor’s bank.

GARRETT WAS KNOLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE PAPERWORK AT TIMES SEEMED TO BE NEVER ENDING. I ALMOST GAVE UP BUT GARRETT HELPED US THROUGH IT ALL. FRIDAY, AFTER SINGING MY NAME A MILLION TIMES, BECAME A HOME OWNER!! HIS ASSISTANT ON THE OTHER HAND....I CAN NOT PUT WHAT I TRULY THINK OF HER ON HERE. RENEE IS THE ABLSOLUTE WORST. WE CAME VERY CLOSE TO BACKING OUT BECAUSE OF HER.

Being a first time homebuyer I had no idea about how the process works and what I needed. I didn’t really do any research because I thought the process would be explained thoroughly before we started. I was wrong it was more explained during the process, which isn’t bad either but it make the process very difficult. Please do your research! Neighbors bank will help you get a home but don’t be afraid to ask questions. I promise the more you know the better and easier buying a home will be.
