My experience with Neighbors Bank was honestly a very user friendly process, especially meeting with, and becoming initially acquainted with Mr. Jason Reddy, my loan officer. The bank really helped me understand and ultimately win over my objective in becoming a new home owner in short time, in conjunction with my ability to being rapid responsive, and proactive about what all was needed to move the process right along. This was an awesome team to work with. My first time buying and the process was challenging at times but Miranda and her team kept me updated on documents needed to help keep the closing on time. She also would get me estimated quotes on homes in would come across. I've been working with her for several months up until closing. Love her team.

Melissa and Charles were wonderful to work with! They were extremely responsive, easy to work with and thorough. Toward the end things got a little dicey, but Melissa and Charles bent over backwards to get everything finalized and finished. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Can't get a hold of anyone. Had one phone call from "Dani" who is supposed to be my representative. She gave me a phone number that doesn't work and texts that she won't answer. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
