Early February 2024 I was at work in a hotel room just thinking about owning a home, decided to google search home loans and Neighbors bank popped up, to be completely honest I never thought I’d own a home in my life, but a few short questions and answers I had a pretty good idea of what I needed to do to boost credit score and the financial team even contacted me and told me what all to do and not to do to help. Tremendous help, I almost couldn’t believe it. Talked with Tim and then I was on a hunt for a house and to work more on the credit, a few weeks passed and Tim contacted me to see how everything was going and to see if I had found anything yet, which I haven’t due to being busy out of town for work and a stale housing market at my hometown. Shortly after I found my dream home, then I gave Tim a call, 31 days later I’m writing this review, sweaty and exhausted on my couch in my NEW home. 100/10 would recommend Tim, Tyler and the finance team at Neighbors as they made my dream come true!

We had an amazing experience with Khalil, Nick, and their team. We felt taken care of and they made the process seamless and easy. This was our first time buying a home and they made us feel very comfortable. They also made uploading documents super user friendly and helped us through each step. Would 100% recommend them to any of my friends.

Brooke Lutz was awesome with helping me along the way, there were many issues that were coming up, none to do with neighbors bank, and she was very prompt and thorough in walking me through and following up to get issues resolved to ensure we closed on time!

As a first time home buyer, I started this process with anxiety and uncertainty with the home buying experience. The team at Neighbors Bank made the whole process easy! There was always good communication and my questions were always answered fast. I learned so much from this experience thanks to Bentley and her team.

What made my experience great was the fact that they were not pushy. Being that I work away from home my loan officer Crystal was very respectful of my time and once we got the ball rolling, the process actually happened pretty quickly. Once I was preapproved my loan coordinator, John, make sure that we stay on track for the projected closing date that they said. Was a very easy homebuying experience for my first time. Would recommend if you want an easy experience please give neighbors bank a chance. Happy hunting.
