Great bank very nice people and almost no monthly fees as long as you keep a good balance you have zero monthly fees if you aren’t able to keep $100 into your account as an average then you will have some fees but luckily I don’t have this problem. I just wanted to say thank you to Neighbor’s bank.

At the time I put in my initial application, everything was easy and smooth. Once I put in an offer on a home, that’s when the issues started. I made it clear from the beginning that I was looking for a second, seasonal property, and I was told repeatedly that would not an issue. They waited until two days before closing, and after I had provided dozens of financial statements, documents and everything they requested to tell me that they don’t finance seasonal or second properties. My credit has suffered as they have repeatedly sent inquiry after inquiry, when they could have told me from the outset this was not something they could do. They have failed to communicate from the beginning, and even when they did communicate, it was absolute bait-and-switch dishonesty.

It was super quick and easy working with Jessica and Kara. They both made sure I always knew exactly where we were at throughout the process. Anytime I had a question for either one of them it was always answered within the same day!
