Neighbors BankReviews of neighborsbank.com

I think I had the best team assembled. I would like to give thanks to Melissa J, Abbie M, Bentley S, and Sandey T, for the exceptional experience purchasing a new home. From the start communication which is important was remarkable. They were always available when I had issues/questions. Their positivity helped when I was in doubt and over thinking things. They went over things step by step, which was very invigorating, which made the overall experience outstanding. The whole process was easier than I thought it would be. Thanks again!

Neighbors Bank was great at helping us with getting our 1st mortgage. Melissa Janke was extremely helpful the whole time and made the process so easy!! Thank you Melissa!!

Garret was awesome. He was there any time I needed him during the process of buying a home.

Melissa Janke was a phenomenal loan officer for our FHA buyer. She had everything ready to close two weeks ahead of schedule, only delayed by the seller’s timeline. Her communication was clear, timely, and professional, ensuring a smooth process. Working with Melissa made the loan experience effortless and stress-free. I’d highly recommend her services!

fast and informative process

I have purchased homes before, but never online and without physically being able to see the people. However, this online was process was a great experience especially working with Mystle and Melissa. I have nothing but the upmost respect for these ladies. They made my home buying experience very pleasant!!!

Working with the team at Neighbors bank was a great experience. I work overnights so getting to a normal brick and mortar bank is difficult at times. They made it easy to do right from my phone on my time. When I had questions they were quick to respond with answers. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Amazing team all-around. Melissa, Abbie, and Bailee were incredibly helpful to work with. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns and got the home loan through approved. There was some initial concern we might not be able to close when scheduled given some delay in loan team receiving some information, but they stayed on top of it and I was able to close two days earlier than expected.I'd definitely enjoy working with this helpful team again in the future, and highly recommend them!
