We’re truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with both pairs of hearing aids and, especially, the frustration surrounding your return and refund. We’ve been experiencing issues with our phone lines, and we sincerely apologize for the difficulty reaching our team and the delays in responding to your follow-up emails. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to carefully follow the return instructions, confirm the Canadian address with our team, and then have the package returned due to an incomplete address. A member of our team will try to reach out to you directly regarding your order and the next steps. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
