I was sent to warranty department because my left hearing aid does not have sound. Marcus was very helpful. Hearing aids will be replaced.

Overall I am very pleased with my Nebroo hearing aids. They work well in quiet settings and one-on-one conversations. In very noisy environments they take a bit of adjusting but that is expected. Customer service was helpful and responsive.

Initially when I ordered, I was extremely upset when the total bill was $800 thinking I was paying for something under $300.I tried to cancel the order,after being on hold for 45 mins,I hung up and sent an email.Today I got my credit card bill with this charge and was again upset.I called and spoke to Regina,she was so nice listened to me and even though I just wanted to cancel she took care of the problem and I am now looking forward to receiving my hearing aids. I do have a problem hearing and it is starting to get a little frustrating . Thank you Regina for your understanding and kindness and I apologized if I was a bit difficult.
