The representative Andrew is the entire reason I can give a positive experience to my calling! He was very informed, helping and anxious to solve my issues and he did! He demonstrated excellent customer and certainly deserves all praise and a raise too if possible! It's representatives like Andrew that keep people coming back! Thanks again Andrew and God bless you always!🙏🏼👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽 My products not here yet but great job Andrew, waiting anxiously!!

Your customer service representative, GEE is amazing! He answered every question I had, and helped me complete my order. He told me which items were very good for me, like the Lifetime Membership and he told me which items I really don't need, like the double set of hearing aids! It's not often that I meet a salesman who does not try to get me to buy everything on the menu, even if I don't need it! GEE really had MY best interests at heart, not the company's profit! That is a rare salesman!!! I wish GEE could help me make every purchase, even with other companies! I can't say enough good things about GEE! Please show your appreciation for this employee by giving him lots of praise and a great BIG raise and whatever promotions you can give him! Most of all, do NOT let another company steal him from you!!! Sincerely, Great Grandma Dawn, age 82

Very helpful, but accent was difficult to understand.

I was not happy with the product, and it took many emails, and an expensive shipment to Canada to receive a reimbursement. It appears to me that it is a game of frustration for them in order to have you give up and settle for nothing.

Larry was very helpful and i was able to successfully order our Nebroo Pro Bluetooth hearing aids.

I ordered the Hearing Aids October 2 and canceled them October 3! I was on hold for over an hour and finally decided to hang up and email them with the cancellation. I corresponded with Maria through email and she informed me she took care of the cancelation and gave me a ticket number for the cancelation! About 4 days later I got an email saying that my Hearing Aids were on their way! I called and tried to confirm the cancelation and was told they had shipped and it was too late to cancel. Finally, the one rep offered me a discount of $300 if I went ahead and tried them. I agreed and the next day to my horror I received an Email telling me they had refunded me $30… Not $300 but $30!!!I tried for two days to get through to customer service to insist that they cancel my order. What a nightmare! I was on hold for an hour and a half a couple of times and finally was hung up on. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I was on hold for at least an hour, trying to get through to them! When I finally reached someone, I was told that since they had already shipped, I would have to accept them and pay shipping charges to send them back!!!!!!! I told them that I would refuse the delivery and I would not pay them a penny to send them back. I am still waiting to see if I get my money refunded! Buyer beware! Happy ending to my above review…Nebroo has refunded my money, and sent me a nice note of apology! Thank you Nebroo!😊

The lady I talked to was a very big help and very friendly thank you very much I'm sorry but I can't remember her name.

These hearing aids did not address the type of hearing loss in my left ear. I have unsuccessfully attempted to speak with a human, specifically regarding the return of this product and reimbursement. My emails are not responded to and they are now asking for a $2 cost to submit information. I am beyond frustrated, with no way forward.
