I have a fairly old hearing aid so I decided to try these. They did not work for me at all. I may be part of the problem as I was told when I got my original hearing aid that I had a very small ear canal. No matter which domes I tried, they come in various sizes, I could only get a couple of them to snap on, the others, hard as I tried just would not go on the end of this earpiece. I did not care for the way that it sat in my ear. When I called for help, I first had to go through a computer assistant, which was no help and when I finally got a human, I tried a couple of things that I had already tried before and it still didn’t work so I was so frustrated. I just said I was ready to send them back and get a full refund. She gave me the address which is in Ontario Canada and then she offered me. I think it was a 20% refund and I said no thanks then she made me another offer for a refund. It was a little bit more but still a little less than half what I paid and it irritated me because that made me feel that the company wasn’t reputable because she instantly start offering a refund without even having to return them. I did not get a full refund, but the difference I figured was going to cost me to have to ship them to Canada and have a proof of receipt so I felt OK about the refund, but I’m really disappointed in the company and the hearing aids.

The guarantee refund if you don’t like them is deceptive. We ordered from the company that claims to be in the US. However when we decided to return them, we had to ship them USPS to Canada! This cost $148.60!! Scam alert.

Markus was very helpful and patient with all my questions. They are standing by their guarantee and sending me a different hearing aid to better hopefully fit my small ear holes. The only negative is there was a long wait on hold to get help.
