Stuff was my support person today
Stuff was my support person today. She was very attentive to what I was saying and sent visuals so I could actually see the device. She gave me pro and cons to the recommendations... she was absolutely wonderful. The only issue was the time it took to get to her. I was on the company's hold for 30 minutes. Once to her though it was better than I ever expected. Thank you Steff!
