Received hearing aids a couple days ago. Phone #provided does not respond. Called twice and on hold over 30 minutes before getting disconnected. They suggest watching a Video Course. It is not working!! 6-week program online - NOT WORKING!!😡😡We received an email from a personal assistant following our order. She stated she would be available anytime for any questions. She does NOT RESPOND😡😡😡Have emailed many times over the last few days NO RESPONSE. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPAY WHATSOEVER😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Update:: Nebroo contacted us and we were able to resolve the issue. They were very helpful

I am having trouble returning the hearing aids. They sound like evryone is in a barrel. Very tinny sound. I finally got an address to send them back, but because they contain a battery and charger, the USPS will not send on a plane. So Nebroo sent them in the mail, and I guess they used ground service. That is a guess on my part. So I am at a quandry as to how to return them. Nebroo says they do not accept any other return service. This is not a great company for returns. I use a couple of different blue tooth devices on my phone and the sound is great. Dont know how to get my money back. I would have to recommend not buying from Nebroo.

They don't work for since I have more than moderate loss of hearing. the volume is weak even after I max it out and it has feedback and whistling noise. I emailed them to try and return it, and they responded to call them which I did many times on phone waiting for someone to answer to no avail. Update: they got back to me and they gave me instructions how to return it.

Buyer beware, problems charging,right one doesn't fit properly, no customer service on trying to get a refund

Love the nebroo infinity followed the six week program and it was really helpful to the adjustment of my new hearing aids I'm fully satisfied with the customer service team gail was very helpful with my replacement warranty because unfortunately the left side hearing aid stopped working after 5 months but gail walked me through the process and my replacement hearing aids will be hear in 7 to 10 days thank you nebroo for an amazing product and thank you Gail for all the help

After my previous review, I reached Marianne on the administrative side of Nebroo. We did have a little trouble reahing each other because MY phone blocked their number as SPAM, but Marianne and I made it work. She helped me get a refund and I was able to verify that was done. I am sorry they didn't work for me but feel certain they will help someone. Marianne I appreciate your help very much. Thank you! Kathy U

After weeks of trying the Nebroo, we're attempting a return. No luck yet. Half-hour holding, then the call gets dumped into voicemail. Can't start a return from a website, either. Don't know if we get a callback yet or not. Disappointing. I hope the Nebroo worker who responds to these reviews gets some time to call back customers. This doesn't feel right.

I received my Infinity Nebroo hearing aids a few days ago. Opened the package and proceeded to read everything about the hearing aid. Placed them in the charging unit. Left one went right in; the right one went in but would not charge. I took it in and out several times. Took about 20 minutes and finally I got it to start charging. After all lights were green, I took them out and tried to turn them on. No luck, after watching the videos and re-reading the manual. I put them back in the charging case. No lights. I wiggled the earpiece for the right ear and finally got it to start charging again. Now the left won't charge. Put everything away and tried again for the next two days. Still no luck. Yesterday, I tried calling them on hold for 30 minutes hung up and tried to call again today. Already on hold for 32 minutes. After reading the reviews here I find they keep using the excuses about having trouble with their phone lines for the past 5 days. Now after 32 minutes on hold I got a message asking me to leave my name and number and they will call back. This is not looking good. Update, May 14,2026 Nebroo contacted me about the problem I was having with the hearing aids. The head of their customer service called and explained, the company is a new one and did not expect to take off the way it has. She was truly sorry for the problem I was having. She issued me a refund which I received today May 17, 2026. Marian is also sending me a new pair at no cost. I received the shipping conformation yesterday. I will update on the hearing aids once I receive them. The shipping notice states 7 to 12 business days to receive.
