Oh Please! Just.Don't. The product is nothing like advertised. It sticks way out of my ear. My friend had the same problem. Their customer service is non existent. I have emailed, called & nothing. On hold forever & no response other than "someone" will get back to you. My friend has had the same problem. What a scam! I just want to return these & get my refund!! This has been going on since April 28th. I guess they're waiting for 120 day trial period to be up so they can screw me out of my money!

I want to return the hearing aids according to the easy return policy, except! they don't answer the phone, on hold for about 30 minutes then hangs up. I have emailed for 14 days now straight and keep getting the same message, our experts will call you and explain how to wear them. I don't need to know how to wear them, I have worn hearing aids for years, I need to return them as they are very uncomfortable for me.

The hearing aids are a great value. I upgraded them to include Bluetooth or I thought but evidently I did not and I am waiting on the upgraded pair. I purchased them for my 87 year old Mom, so simple to use. She has some short term memory issues and that has improved substantially with the hearing aids because a lot was due to missing out on so much conversation and brain strain/fog to due overload it takes to process sounds and strain to hear all the time. She lives in assisted living and these hearing aids have been such a blessing.

The tricky direct-to-consumer sales funnel: I thought buying my Nebroo hearing aids online would be easy—just $99 for a pair (I figured it was worth a shot to fix my slight hearing loss). But, oh no! Post-purchase upsells that are hard to resist: Once your credit card info is in, the thank-you page or confirmation step uses high-pressure, timer-driven offers to sell upgraded charging cases, drying boxes, or extra pairs at a “discounted” rate. My mistake: I fell for it! I clicked the button to buy the 4 in 1. But, not finished with me yet…watch another video cuz you just have to be able to clean these things (What? I’ve never cleaned my AirPods in 3 years). I decline. How about additional bud covers? I decline. What about warranty? I decline—finally, I see my completed purchase screen. Review the Final Total: Check your cart summary to make sure no unwanted extra accessories or bundles were added. My order now included 2 charges: one charge of $99 for the hearing aids and a second charge “Nebroo Infinity 4 in 1 Upgrade × 1” of $197. I checked my credit card online—yep! Two different charges pending. The tracker showed only 1 device shipped for a total of $296 + tax… This tells me that the company intentionally tries to make it seem like you’re just getting a little upgrade to the device. Come on! Really? I immediately sent an email asking that the $99 charge be removed. I saw two days later that both charges had posted to my credit card, so I “reported a problem” on my credit card for that charge—😅 Result: The next morning, I received an email from Nebroo saying the charge had been reversed.

Ordered May 14. I have not received them yet. After reading the reviews it seems this is the norm. American based company and advertising. BUT shipping from China. Tracking number starts with YT...I am sure I will eventually receive them. I will update my review when I get them. I have been using Oticon for 10 years I just needed a back up for when Oticon's get sent back for repair which is about once a year. Update: Today is May 27 and tracking has not changed since May 17 according to Nebroo. "May 17, 2026 12:30 am In transit: The package is currently being transferred to the regional network." I will continue to update so consumers can have a real time idea of the shipping. Then I follow up with quality of items after giving them a fair run through. Update: Today is June 1. So far no progress on shipping. I am well past the 7-12 days of shipping. Today per Nebroo's schedule is my latest expectation of delivery. For those who are wondering if Nebroo is worth the wait, well I don't know! The previous tracking and shipping I posted has not changed although I have received this: How are you? I have had hearing aids for 10 years so I will follow up with the quality (even though they are the low end) of Nebroo's technology. Update 6/15/26 I did receive my Nebroos June 3. Here is my review of the low end of Nebroos. They were on special of $100. They are simply volume amplifiers. Which is what I expected. As I mentioned in my previous post, they are backup for when my main hearing aids are in for repair. The quality of the product is good. They do what they advertise. I will look into their higher end when I am ready to purchase new hearing aids. The hearing aids I have now have AI so that is hard for Nebroo to compete with. I am hoping for the price Nebroo will have something compatible when it is time for me to get new ones. So overall I am pleased for what they are. The shipping does cause some concern...But I did receive them.

This is not a company, it is a con job disguised as a company. They sell you a product that sounds like they know what they are doing, promise "Satisfaction is our top priority", then don't respond to customer service contact. I have spent 3 hours on 4 phone calls listening to a script that says they will help but never answer. They don't respond to e-mails. Once they get your money, they're gone. Do not buy their products. Update: After my TrustPilot review, I was contacted by the company and my refund was processed today while I was on the phone with them. When I was on the phone, they were very apologetic about the slow response to emails and non resonse to phone calls. If you want to try these hearing aids, I would suggest calling them first to see if they answer the phone.

For those unable to reach Customer Service, log the dates/times you attempted to call. Take photos of all correspondence and phone log. If after 3 times, dispute the charge on your credit card along with a photo of the 120 day return promise.
