Fit is not comfortable, sound quality is no better than a cheap amplifier, and customer service is a joke! The return policy is also rediculous, they tout a 120 return policy, but it’s a nightmare ritual to return them on your own dime to CANADA! They will offer a 30% discount and “allow” you to keep them because they even say how difficult it is to return them! So fix that! Such a scam. I’m currently in negotiations because I find that completely unacceptable. BUYER BEWARE EDITED: After much back and forth, I was finally able to receive a full refund. I was also able to keep the product, which I will donate or give away and hopefully someone else can benefit from them. Thank you for your assistance.

ORIGINAL 6/2/26 - ONE STAR REVIEW On 6/2/2026 I received Nebroo Pro hearing aids. I tried calling the "experts" phone number and got a recording that that the number was unavailable for two days and to try again. I tried many times getting the same message. So I went to the website and found the email address which assured me that they would respond within a day. On 6/9/2026 I sent an email seeking technical help to make sure I was using the nebroo pods correctly as I was having difficulty with excessive background noise AND case charging problems. I waited six days and there was no response. So I finally decided to return the product for a refund (since without customer support these pods are not useable), but I can find no instructions anywhere as to how I could do this. On 6/15/26 I sent another email, referencing my first email and I asked for return instructions. As of today 6/19/26 I have not heard from them. My daughter recommended looking for reviews using testpilot and I see that my problems with customer service is not unique. I am 83 years old and am on a fixed income. I will continue to attempt contact on a daily basis now that I know response is erratic and sometimes possible. But will explore other options to report Nebroo to whomever will listen. UPDATE 6/20/26 I finally reached customer service after an hour long wait on the phone. The representative, Reg, was delightfully helpful. If Nebroo had been in anyway initially responsive to my emails, I think I would have taken advantage of offered solutions - free upgrade to aInfinity Bluetooth, partial refunds etc. However, the trust is gone and my family is now involved and VERY protective. Nebroo, in my opinion needs to invest in responsive customer service. Evan an acknowledgement of the initial email would have reassured me. Not sure how much the postage is to Canada yet..if it is excessive I may return with another update.

I am 80 years old and these are the most comfortable hearing aisd I have ever worn. They stay in place all day and the battery lasts longer than expected. Customer service sent me the correct size ear at no cost when the original ones weren't quite right.

They understood exactly my concerns and what i thought I was ordering. It somehow got messed up and I received regular ear bud hearing aids. And they are great and comfortable, but i needed Bluetooth noise canceling hearing aids because I do construction and operate loud tools. They were so understanding and wanting to help me that they are sending the Bluetooth hearing aids out to me free of charge. What a company they are and their products are quality. I've worn these hearing aids 4 days and they are totally comfortable, which was my concern. Totally I'm totally impressed with this company! Never expected them to dry what they did, totally appreciate it, truly!!!

After I received less than stellar customer service about upgrading to the latest Blue tooth. Maryann called, she totally understood why I was not totally happy. We talked and she apologized. She is letting me keep my first hearing aids. I might share with a friend. Nebroo really wants to have 100% ONLY satisfied customers. With patience, we all can get superior service from our hearing aid providers. Excited to try the latest Bluetooth model when they arrive.

Love the bluetooth aids, Great product for a great price. had one small issue that was addressed and handled quickly by an Excellent company agent.

I was having a poor experience with my hearing aids,I was looking for a refund , Treetie responded and was very nice , was more than willing to work on the refund ,but made some suggestions of things I might want to try , I ws not very hopeful but I decided to try and I had a very good results , and am very pleased with the hearing aids at this time,
