Buyers beware. Three weeks in, following their 6 week program. I upgraded to their premium units. Initial results are horrible. In no way do they filter or dim background noise. The door chime in my car is excruciating loud. Any sharp noise is magnified. Have the volume at its lowest setting,NR at the maximum. No relief. Forget customer service, I have written them using their link, zero response. I have called, been on hold for over 30 minutes with never speaking with a representative. I will be requesting a return and full refund. I can not recommend anyone purchase from Nebroo.

I use hearing aids at my card games and my friends have noticed that I no longer miss what is being said. We laugh about it now. I used to nod along pretending I heard. Those days are over thanks to Nebroo. Wonderful product.

I was so frustrated trying to get the hearing aids in my ears. I tried for over a week several times a day to fit them using every dome available. She was very kind and sympathetic to my issues. She addressed my problem by providing me.in 7 to 12 days, with a set of smaller hearing aids. I an so happy. I so want to hear better. I really look forward to receiving them. The only thing I feel badly about is that forgot to asked her what her name was. I truly thank her for her help.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service team. From the moment I reached out, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me. They listened carefully to my concerns, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was their patience, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a positive experience. It's rare to find customer service that makes you feel valued as a customer, but Mariane did exactly that.
