These guys are fraud! They will say cancellation is fully refundable while booking and then when you try to cancel - nothing will be refunded. Better to use other travel platforms that can be trusted

Their software is terrible. It randomly loses rates and only shows you their partners, doesn't calculate fees correctly so it recommends buying through third party sites for a higher rate and worse terms. The expense system had no thought put into it at all, if you make a mistake you have to get your accountant to fix it because there's no option to edit it since the auto approve is instant. It's just the worst. And their support is so slow and unable to help you either.

Service is so-so, borderline mediocre. It gets exceptionally bad when you have a flight cancellation or rebook, you're basically left to fend for yourself. Refunds take in excess of 90 days, and Navan's customer service is woefully inept. Avoid.

Please don't make me use it. If you are a person tasked with selecting expensing platform, don't do this to your colleagues. Using Navan is like using 90s RPG game without a manual or tutorial. It often fails with a generic error message and drops minutes of my work. Now it stopped working in Firefox, I'll set up chrome so I can use Navan.

Für einen "Trip" muss man ca 35€ zusätzlich zu den Hotelkosten bezahlen. D.h. bucht man für eine Nacht ein Hotel, kommen da 35 € dazu, also zum Beispiel 100€ für die Übernachtung + 35€ Gebühr = 135€!

A lot of others having same problems - locked accounts, bugs in software and everytime there is apology but acting as if it’s a new problem. There are fundamental issues you need to get sorted instead of piecemeal fixing issues but not solving causes.

On the surface, Navan is an incredibly convenient platform for both employees and businesses. When your travel goes according to plan, the app is slick, user-friendly, and easy to manage. However, the moment there is a disruption - like a cancelled flight or a booking issue - the entire service completely falls apart. Customer support is shockingly incompetent. Instead of resolving the issue, they feed you false promises, drag their feet, and ultimately leave you stranded to sort out the mess (and the out-of-pocket expenses) yourself. It’s a fair-weather tool. If your company values duty of care and actually needs reliable support during travel emergencies, Navan is a massive liability. (case #07907981)
