Faulty feature search
Used Navan to book for a business trip. It has neat search features based on area, budget and hotel attributes. Unfortunately, there seems to be some issues with the search results suggested. Looking for breakfast-included hotels, for example, does not only return hotels with that feature. I got misled into booking the wrong hotel because of that, and Navan does not seem keen to help out.
