Navan never came through with their $500 reward, I have been scammed. After contacting them multiple times regarding rewards not being applied over the span of the week, and no emails being received as promised, they are retroactively claiming that a ~1% fluctuation in currency means that the rewards are not applied, and I have been completely scammed. Do not use this company.

I have no clue why to pay extra for this non value added service. In fact, Navan created more problems! Life could be much better without them! I have experienced some problem for weeks where my Enterprise Plus account not linked to Navan booking system. The booking I completed in Navan, many of them were not shown in my Enterprise Plus account even the Loyalty membership number was setup correctly in the system. Both parties pointing the finger to each other. Poor customer (me) who paid for the service and have to deal with this unnecessary stress. When I book directly in Enterprise Plus, no problem... It's clearly the issue is in between Navan and Enterprise.. I'm asking why should I use Navan.. They offer no value whatsoever but added more stress in the traveler life. I'm a frequent traveler and have to deal with this issue weekly. I decided to STOP using them! I hope the Navan can reflex themselves by asking what value they are bringing to the traveler by charging extra??

We implemented Navan company-wide earlier this year and generally I've been really impressed with the platform and the support team. Any teething issues were ironed out quickly and our team are mostly very happy with the user experience. As with anything, there are some annoying bits about it that could work better, particularly as an admin, but Navan have been really receptive to feedback and it's overall a huge upgrade from others we explored.

Never had such an easy time putting through my expenses on holiday. 44 receipts automatically uploaded and approved whilst on the trip. Highly recommend

Great travel and expense app. Use it on my phone easy to filter for what I’m looking for and get my avios points! Only need to picture receipt if it’s over £75

very smooth UX for the travelers and for admins ability to extract multiple reports would love to have am automated interface with NetSuite Also, in some cases the customer support is struggling with technical issues another thing is the cancelation refunds, not a very clear policy

Navan is a one stop shop for all our travel needs. The system not only saves us a lot of time but also money. It's fantastic! With offices all over the world it has transformed Aryza Group's travel, with it's self service system. It is so good we are now moving to Navan for our expense needs. The team are wonderful to deal with and have been with us every step of the way.
