Live agents are great and fast but not…
Live agents are great and fast but not always accurate. You have to check the details. Website is glitchy and very very slow. Not user friendly. I'd book all travel requests myself to give agents a break but the website is a deterrent from being proactive. Agents it is! Thanks all.

A great platform to see the overall expenses and Travel traffic.
A great platform to see the overall employee's traffic in terms of Travel and expenditures of Entire Organisation's Stand. The support from customer service agent is good and overall fine experience. When we make booking on behalf of others we get rewards, which is attractive for personal stays.

its very hard and complicate to book a 2 on more legs trips, you have many glitches on the web. your agents are sometimes not profhsenals.

Unreliable UX
My company uses a customized drop down list for expenses and it doesn't always display. Also I've uploaded receipts to expenses and when it gets reviewed it's no longer there.

Great app for travelers
Navan is great for the traveler. My co-workers have a very smooth and easy time booking travel and submitting expenses. I can't give this review 5 stars because of my admin experience. The admin side is getting better, and Navan is constantly making improvements.

I do a lot of travel for our company
I do a lot of travel for our company, and Navan has made my life so much easier with their user-friendly website. Their customer support staff is exceptional, and you get a live agent who will not transfer you to another department. I tried the other platforms, but I am now a Navan customer for life.
