a better booking experience
Its a good idea to have all travel arrangements under 1 supplier. I think I have gained a better insight into how to use Navan. I just booked a flight and that was a good experience. I will continue with Navan. The live agents are very helpful and give good services. Small concerns: The name provided for the Gatwick on-site hotel was misleading, was unknown to Gatwick staff we asked. Major plus - tracking all travel expenses in one place.
