As a Travel & Expense Administrator, I work daily with different travel platforms, and Navan has been one of the most efficient and intuitive tools I’ve used. It has streamlined our booking processes, reduced manual work, and provided clear visibility over travel spend. The user interface is clean and easy for our employees, and their customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Navan has truly helped us elevate our travel program’s efficiency, and I highly recommend it for any company looking to simplify and modernize their corporate travel. The only area where I wish I could share the same level of enthusiasm is the VIP service. The price feels a bit excessive considering the service doesn’t fully meet the ‘premium’ expectations. Hopefully this is an area that can continue improving.
