We also want to clarify that the delays you’re seeing aren’t directly caused by us. They’re due to customs and local carriers, which, unfortunately, we don’t have control over. On top of that, as we’ve mentioned before, our product doesn’t come from China, it’s shipped from the Philippines, which is about 1,500 kilometers away. The reason China is the first stop is that it’s the largest and fastest international postal hub. It’s the most reliable way to ensure the delivery time of 8 days. That said, we’re working on improving our tracking system so that you’ll soon be able to see the journey starting directly from our warehouse in the Philippines. It left our warehouse after just one day (22 hours; this can also be seen in the tracking details). However, due to New Year’s celebrations and general holidays, customs departments handling supplements experienced significant backlogs, as did local carriers. Your order was handed over to your local distribution center on January 8, 2025, where it is currently delayed. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as we cannot influence the operations of local companies. Regarding the tracking status, please ensure that you are using the correct tracking code, which begins with SYAU008304…. This code allows you to view daily updates on your shipment. If you have another code, please contact our support team. Our official and verified email address is [email protected]. If you are experiencing issues with the tracking page, we recommend trying to reload it, as temporary overloads may cause problems. (We have just checked your order using the official website 17track.net, and everything is working correctly.) While we do guarantee an 8-day delivery time under normal circumstances, there are currently delays due to unforeseen issues with US customs and local couriers, which are beyond our control, and we cannot do anything about it.
