However, there are still delivery issues, but they are not on our side. The delays are due to UC customs and local carriers being overwhelmed, which is beyond our control. We want to make it clear that our products come from the Philippines, where the soursop fruit is organically grown. The Philippines is a tropical island located near China. The first stop is China because it provides the fastest and safest shipping route to guarantee our 8-day delivery time. However, we assure you that our product is not manufactured in China. It is possible there may have been a misunderstanding, our soursop is sourced and the extract manufactured in the Philippines. We have several facilities, one of which is located in the Batangas region, not the Bahamas. However, this makes no difference, as all our facilities operate under the same standards and undergo multiple safety and laboratory tests before the extract is shipped. The first stop is China because it provides the fastest and safest shipping route to guarantee our 8-day delivery time. However, we assure you that our product is not manufactured in China. Currently, we are aware that many customers are experiencing delays due to customs holds and local carrier overloads.
