To ensure efficient delivery, shipments from these locations are routed through China, as this is often the fastest and most reliable shipping route. Unfortunately, during recent peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, US Customs faced significant delays due to an overwhelming volume of packages. Products like dietary supplements require additional inspections by specific departments, which have also been overwhelmed. We completely understand your frustration, especially given the delay in your tracking information. Based on our records, your order was shipped promptly and arrived in the destination country within 6 days, well within our guaranteed 8-day delivery timeframe. However, once a package is with customs, we have no control over additional delays. These blockages are entirely beyond our control, but we assure you that we have done everything possible to expedite the process. To compensate for the inconvenience, we offer all affected customers a 40% refund as a goodwill gesture. Since we are legally obligated to ship the product and ensure its delivery, we cannot issue a full refund at this stage. Sadly, this leads to many people being misled and scammed, which often reflects back on our genuine website and causes problems for us as the original, legitimate brand. We are actively working on taking legal action against any form of counterfeiting and imitation, whether on platforms like Facebook or Amazon.
