Received great service in the replacement of a charging cable that began to stop working 18 months after it was purchased from Native Union directly. Their response was timely, professional and there was no disputing the validity of my claim. Really impressed by their overall service - would certainly recommend buying direct from them. The product itself I have been very happy with. The heavy duty cable are so much better than standard cables you are supplied as standard for iPhones and similar devices.

I bought the Apple Airpod gen 3 Roam case from them and the top didn't fit at all and didn't stay on. I emailed them and the customer service ticket link they sent me didn't work and after emailing them again I never heard from them. Terrible company.

Awful experience. Overpriced faulty products and terrible customer service. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

Pleasurable experience...chord went bad...contacted Native Union...provided required information...replacement is on its way. No hassles, no arguments. Nothing but kindness. Integrity is alive these days.

Sent more than three hundred dollars to Native Union and paid extra to have an order expedited for a trip. Three days later it hadn't shipped, so I emailed them and asked and was simply told to "be patient while they coordinate with their logistics team." Before I could respond, somebody else responded to my email with the exact same thing. Another day passed and no word, so I opened a dispute with the bank. That must have lit a fire under them because they sent me an email basically telling me that the can't refund my money unless I rescind the dispute and send them proof that I closed the case. The issue is that once you settle a disputed charge, you cannot reopen it, and this company has repeatedly stated "No refunds." The only exception is if you return an unopened product to the warehouse within 30 days. Guess where their warehouse is? Hong Kong. If you must have Native Union cables, cases, etc. get them from Amazon. Do not buy direct from their website.

Broke within 12 hours. Started out fine, about 9 hours in it started going on and off and then just shut off completely. Never buy a thing from them, there are better and cheaper sellers who actually give a shixt.

I had ordered several USB-C cables. Within only 2 weeks, already 2 cables broke exactly at the port. From the first cable they told me, that I probably used the cable wrong (didn't know, that this was possible with a standard USB-C cable). After explaining the case, I received a replacement. With the second cable it was necessary to post several images and explain the case. After the usage for another week, even 2 additional cables broke, From that point I was so frustrated, I wanted to return, they wouldn't allow it and wouldn't replace it (at this point, I didn't want a replacement anymore). I wrote an objective review explaining the case, they removed the review from the website and blamed the damage on me. Never ever I will get any product from them anymore.
