They never complete your orders fully. You might receive half of what you ordered or nothing at all. But on invoice They put down on paper that your order is complete so it makes it difficult to get a refund. They send your package to different states with no apologies and refuse to reship or refund. Customer service is terrible and condones poor packaging with they're so busy so they forgot to give you what you paid for. Your items are thrown in the box. I lost an entire box of oatmeal because it was tossed in the box and all the oatmeal fell out.I ordered cream of wheat once and they gave me grits instead. I dislike grits! I ordered two 6 pack ensures that came up to $38 but only received 1 pack yet the invoice says the order was complete. They are a dishonest company who do not care about integrity or the people they are supposed to service. They think we need them when they need US. Disabled, elderly and retired people should be treated better not like savage animals. We are humans.

One word.....terrible! I have almost $1000 in unused benefits because no one in my area takes this card or has the items I need. I will be looking for another health carrier next cycle. This is totally unacceptable.

Every time I have a negative experience with Nationsbenefits I am going to post it. And so far, every encounter I have with them is negative. Latest: I went to CVS to use the OTC benefit for contact lens multipurpose solution. There were two items which I believed to be covered. I went to use the app and it was not working. So I called Customer Service - and stated, I am at the CVS store, can you tell me if these two items are eligible for the OTC benefit card, I can give you the UPC codes. And the rep told me NO. Followed by, WE DON'T DO THAT - what do these customer service people actually do - they have never been helpful in any encounter I have had with them and that would be since 1/2023. Now in CVS the cashier graciously rang each item up and then ran the card and then determined which was and which one was not covered. NB is such a loser of a company - they should not be involved in health care at all. And wait for me to share my next encounter - I'm sure it will be soon.

Anthem is using this company for there extra benefit for Medicare card holders, very poor service. Going to have a lot of customers leaving them if they don’t get nation benefits on track! Just google nations benefits customer service 👀

They and Select Health are not helping l companycustomers at all. No way to talk to anyone who can help with getting benefits nor anyone that cares. I can't believe anyone would want to work with this company. It reflects very poorly on those tha choose to do so.

Wait forever to get thru on a phone call..very poorly trained and inept customer service reps ..overpriced goods. Always delayed shipments with tons of lame excuses..I'm convinced they are liars .not all.reps are rude they are just lost in confusion and ignorance . Shame on this company for running such a lame scam.

This is a terrible benefit. They have a limited number of stores where you can use your flex spending card. Costco is omitted, and if I am a fiscally conscious consumer, I will use Costco for OTC to get the best price. In addition, you cannot use it on copay for prescriptions. I have never heard such a thing about a flex-pay card. Their offerings on their website is horrible. And now i have $$ available for healthy groceries which it is only accepted at Walmart, CVS and Walgreens. NO grocery stores in my area. The rep said i can purchase groceries online. The prices are outrageous online compared to the grocery store Oh wait - they don't have grocery stores I can go to.

Nations Benefits has the worst customer service and the most rudest, laziest, incompetent employees. As soon as open enrollment starts, I am ditching Anthem. I can imagine that Nations Benefits is causing Anthem to lose customers.
