They say you can purchase groceries from Walmart--not online but at the store. I was fine with that. So just out of curiosity, I used their scanner on the app to scan things I had bought from Walmart previously. NOTHING was eligible. Milk, butter, cheese, canned goods, bread.... everything I scanned came back as "not eligible". So what exactly can you buy? What a scam. So you're forced to buy from their ridiculously priced list of items (which I won't do). Not to mention how limited the selections actually are. Well... the only positive out of all this is that I'll get $140 worth of free Uber rides....... even if my fridge is almost empty as hell. 🙄

products that you order are not what you get and when you contact customer service if they decide to correct the item they still send you the wrong item. Then you don't get what you order

Wife and I have Flex Card through Aetna, and it absolutely sucks. Always a problem at Check-out, If Nations has Placed Your Benefit Amount on Card. Customer Service is a Joke Have to File a Ticket for everything, and wait 48-72 Hours, which has yet to Work. Just Today 1/13/24 had to call for the second time this week only to get yet another run around. Have had enough Tues. We will begin looking for a new Insurance Company, also will File a Formal Complaint with State of Florida Consumer Affairs. This Company has No Regard for their Customers at all. Don't waste time calling Customer Service, No help, No knowledge!!! Would give Zero Stars, if there was such a rating!!!

shame on nations benefits and Aetna for stealing from the disabled elderly and poor. You need to do better provide us with food and medical supplies that aren't contaminated and damaged. Every single time I order everything is just thrown in a box damaged there is no refund there is no replacement The food is ruined the cans are dented there's white powdery substance over everything they send food and medicine together It gets cross-contaminated. This happens every quarter. that I have been with them 2 years I've repeatedly been told replacements will be sent they never are. It is a shame I cannot include the pictures in this review

This complaint is directed to FedEx. Someone is lazy and inconsiderate. They left package in front of my living room window. I wouldn't have known it ws there if an Amazon deliverer hadn't seen it and gave it to me. I have a front door with large address numbers visible as well as a doorbell. This is unacceptable with all the porch pirates around. I don't blame Nations Benefits but FedEx should train their people to be more considerate and put themselves in the customers place.

Benefit went up 33% ($75-$100) but prices of items went up 50-90%. SCAM!

Can the star rating get any lower? Why do we pay more for getting less? WHY is a 10oz can of Campbell’s Chicken Soup $4.25 vs EVERYONE ELSE who’s selling it from $1.26 at Walmart to $1.39 at Target. Even with Door Dash is selling it at $1.95! As big as Aetna is, why couldn’t they pick a company that has access to a full scope of supermarkets by PROPER demographics? Why since enrolling Jan 2023, I HAVE NOT been able to use the HEALTHY FOODS PORTION OF THE CARD, losing out on $800 this year? How come when I called Aetna Resolution and spoke to Anna, she sent me a roughly 12 PAGE letter informing me that Nations Benefits is in my area. BUT LOOKING AT THE LETTER, SHE ONLY LISTED PHARMACIES which I INFORMED her I had NO ISSUE using it there. My local supermarkets within walking distance DOES NOT ACCEPT NOR HAS HEARD OF IT! I informed them that the one citing being 3.5 miles away ends up being a 2 hour trek one way because of no one to take me. Being post chemo treatment, which I stated, and going far is not a wise thing to do, and AETNA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR HEALTH CARE CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately, there will always be more questions than answers and DEFINITELY more problems because companies like AETNA AND NATIONS BENEFITS are NOT interested in SOLUTIONS.
