NEVER ORDER FROM HERE they send food that is opened they send unpackaged & dirty FIRST AID SUPPLIES (there was stains, dirt, and what looks like mold on FIRST AID SUPPLIES i ordered) honestly it's a health risk ordering from here please be safe and don't do it.

Agree with all the worst reviews! July 4, 2023, was unable to logon to the site and a representative advised I had to re-register. Tried that and was denied. I called back and the rep advised they do not know when or if it will be up AGAIN!!!! It is July 12, 2023 and still unable to enter site. Going to call my insurance provider and report this.

Nations Benefits can not compare to the previous supplier, Walmart. For 76 dollars worth of tiny, tiny, sample size items. The order shows up quickly in a tiny, tiny box. Did I say tiny enough times yet? The mouthwash is so tiny, you have to spit it back in the bottle or else you run out in two days.

As a long time Medicare Advantage member of Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, the choice to move to Nations Benefits as an OTC provider has been a horrendous experience time after time this year! The mynationsbenefits app is not easy to navigate; their website is down; product choices are at an exorbitant price and only include off brand items. I would suggest that Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield give members another FLEX card for a provider of their choice for their OTC items annually. I am seriously considering changing providers for our household in 2024. Tired of Nations Benefits poor performance.

Still waiting since March for them to complete first order. Card is supposed to work at Walmart but it didn't. Supposedly their system was down again. Drove 200 miles and still couldn't use card. Can't use card at Walmart online. The one star reviews seem to say it all.
