I suffer from sinus issues and allergies and in the winter my sinus flare up the most. I got this device to help flush my sinuses, so I can breathe easier. Setting up the device was really simple and easy! It's wasn't painful to use and I was sure to use it warm filtered water, so it is soothing for my sinus passage. I am breathing so much better and my sinuses don't seem as inflamed.

I never thought I'd be raving about a nasal irrigation system, but here we are! This is an absolute game-changer, and I can't believe how much better I feel after using it. If you're dealing with allergies, congestion, or just that dry, stuffy feeling, this is worth every penny. The system is super easy to use! Just fill it up, tilt your head, and let it do its thing. It might feel a little weird at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually kind of soothing? Like, I didn't realize how much junk was hanging out in my sinuses until this flushed it all out. The relief is instant, and I swear I can breathe better right after. Also, I appreciate how thoughtfully it's designed. The nozzle is super gentle, and the pressure is just right. It's not too strong, but strong enough to get the job done. My son’s father sometimes uses this twice a day because of his constant allergies. My son prefers to use the irrigator without the saline packets since he hasn’t mastered breathing through his mouth to avoid swallowing the salt taste. A great investment! I was looking for something to help with allergies and an almost constant runny nose. I decided to give NasalFresh MD a try. It comes in a very nice travel box and has a very clear and concise introduction manual. There are also great video reviews that show you how to use it. It comes with a USB cable and the first thing you want to do is charge. Once charged add distilled, room temperature water. Do not use tap water. I like that they remind you a few times in the instructions. You add your saline packet, which they provide a ton. There are 3 levels so you can decide the 'intensity" you want the device to be when in use. Pull out the hand control and align the "pillows" against your nose for a gentle seal. You don't want to put pressure on the nostrils. Push the button on the handheld device and then you begin the irrigation process. When the upper tank is half way through the saline solution, turn the hand control over and to the opposite way through the nasal passage until empty. You can then clean both tanks with hot water and clean the nasal pillows. Easy peazy! I immediately felt better when done. I could breathe easier and did not have a runny nose. This is something that you can use all the time and a great investment!

Ever since the wildfires starting here in the Los Angeles/Ventura area my sinuses have been extra out of whack from the air pollution. My nostrils have had several episodes of being so inflamed that it would hurt significantly. I have never used a nasal irrigation system so I was excited to try this out, hoping it would rinse and clear me out. The instructions were easy to understand and it was simple to get started. The feeling was weird but the satisfaction I got from seeing the drainage come out was worth it. haha. At the end, my sinuses felt cleaned out and I could breathe so well. This product comes with extra nose pillows, lots of saline packs, and a carrying case. Also, it is charged by a USB that's included. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality nasal irrigation tool. :)

If you’re new to rinsing your nasal passages, this is a great way to start! Here are a couple of important notes if you’re new to anything like this. First, make sure you use distilled water or water that has been previously boiled. This is in the directions but still important to mention. To start, I filled the water tank and added one packet of saline that dissolved quickly. I used a small spoon to stir until it was dissolved. Then you’ll want to turn the machine on with the button on top but you won’t hear any sound. That happens when you place the nasal tubes on you nose and hold the button on that part of the devices. I actually like this because it gives you immediate control on starting or stopping the machine. It will use suction on your nose and if you don’t have it positioned correctly, the suction can be a little intense. If that happens, just stop the machine and reposition it to point straight up your nostrils. You also want to follow the instructions to make sure you relax your jaw and keep your mouth open while breathing. It may take a couple of practice tries for it to feel comfortable. Unlike a neti pot, which I have used many times, you don’t have to worry about the angle of your head. In fact, you can’t even feel your sinuses being rinsed! It is very quick and very effective. You just have to remember to stop half at and do the other nostril! Sounds gross but cleaning out the discard tank ensures that you really are rinsing! It’s great to help with congestion but it’s also good to simply rinse irritants and allergens out of your nose. Such an innovative machine
