I like how easy to use this nasal system, it comes with different size nose attachments and lots of nasal rinse salt pockets! Can be used as suction or irrigation! I like to clean my nose first when I have cold or flu, and this machine makes my life lots easier- reliving nasal congestion right after using it! So far, I am loving like my Nasal Fresh MD Nasal Irrigation System. It’s definitely an upgrade from my Neil Med neti pot. It does an amazing job at clearing out the sinuses without making a mess. The nasal pillows are very comfortable, but the initial pressure at the beginning takes a little getting used to even on the lowest setting, however, the flow is very gentle and effective. Cleaning up after is a breeze and the instructions are very straight forward. I also love that this system comes with everything you need. The carrying case is great quality and makes it so convenient for traveling as well as storing. I’ve had issues with allergies and congestion for years and so far, this nasal irrigation system is the best I’ve tried. I can breathe so much easier after using it and it leaves me feeling so refreshed.

After few days of trying I definitely love it. I feel it rinses very well my sinus and that fact that it also has suction is very helpful and makes the process easier. Is easy to clean and to operate! I like that is rechargeable so i can bring ir to my room if i need and is not messy. I really like it

have been using this for the past week and it has genuinely been a lifesaver. Not only is Winter my allergy season, I also came down with something and this had me breathing clearly in no time. I used to work as an allergy technician/ medical assistant and have tried many products, this one is a winner for sure. It doesn't just shoot back into the sink, but the machine catches the water and you can just dunk it out later. It is a lot less messy than a regular saline rinse and I like that there are different modes for the water to come out. You can also pull the nozzle off which means you don't have to carry the machine along with you when using it.

I was very impressed with the double system. Although I was a little afraid that it would be too strong and could hurt me, I was surprised that it didn't happen at all! Gentle enough not to hurt me but strong enough to decongest my airways. My husband loved it too! Plus, it's super easy to use and clean. It's also rechargeable, which saves you money on batteries.
