Great unit for clearing out my nasal passages for seasonal allergy relief. It took me a while to figure out the best positioning and speed for full effectiveness but once I did... I also want to mention their Customer Service. I had issues with my original unit and 1 call into CS, they came up with a solution very quickly. Great product

I actually reallyyyy love NasalFresh MD and didn’t expect to like it this much. It gives that super clean, fresh feeling instantly and makes it so much easier to breathe without feeling harsh or uncomfortable at all. I’ve tried other things before, and this one just feels way more gentle and easy to use. I also really like that it uses a simple saline solution instead of anything medicated. It makes me feel a lot better about using it regularly, and it honestly feels kind of like a reset for my nose—especially after long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a little stuffy. The design is nice, it’s easy to put together, and overall the experience is actually really satisfying. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you needed until you try it. The only downside for me is the silicone tips. They don’t really fit my nose properly, so it can be a bit uncomfortable and sometimes hard to get a good seal. I really wish they included different sizes because I feel like that would make a huge difference. But overall, I still really enjoy using it and would recommend it. If they improve the tip sizing, it would honestly be perfect!

After watching one of the instructional videos, this product was very easy to use. I was surprised a little bit The first time I used it (because of the strength of the suction) but once I got the hang of it, it was fine and actually quite soothing. It definitely served its purpose. The instructions did said to use distilled water, but I just used bottled spring water Along with the saline solution included and that seemed to be fine! Definitely relieved most of my congestion almost instantly. Would recommend.

I like how compact this system is and it comes with everything you need to use it, including very user friendly instructions. It did a great job at clearing up my congestion and getting the mucus out. I don’t have much to compare it to because I haven’t tried anything similar but this worked really well for me! I will say, because I’m not used to it the saline felt really strong but after a few rinses I was good.
