This is the third time I’ve bought one of these, they last a few months and then they stop working, the button will no longer press in after a few months of using it. I take very good care of it, otherwise it not lasting no more than a few months, it’s great about sucking the garbage out of my sinuses.

One of the containers broke multiple times. I spent the first 2 months getting this replaced 3 times. I wrote an unsatisfactory review after the first 2 and the company told me I would have to send in the broken part at my expense (pictures of all the broken pieces would not do) unless I was willing to allow the company to remove my review (first they wanted me to replace the review with a four-star review). After the final piece broke, I went back to my previous irrigation method. I realized the Nasalfresh was not even clearing the thick mucus. Payed way too much for this mistake.

I gave it a chance. I tried it four times trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong. I tried it on each different speed. I held it up to my nose tight with my mouth. open and water was running out of the nose piece and down my face down my arm and all over my bathroom. It made my ears hurt a little. I thought I'd give this a try because my navage quit working after your but the truth is this was terrible compared to my navage so I will go buy another navage at least I know that will work and it won't hurt my ears.

This product has serious flaws: 1. Large amounts of nasal discharge cannot be absorbed. 2. Over time, the pipeline will accumulate a large number of bacteria 🦠 3. The customer service is even worse than the robot. Their manager, Michelle, is extremely lacking in integrity. Everyone should be cautious. Any promises are not to be trusted...

The unit did not work for me. In fact, I got the worst sinus infection I've ever had after using it just a few times. I returned the unit, and requested a refund from the seller, who agreed he would refund once he received the product back. It was sent back, receipt acknowledged by the seller, and then he told me I would have to withdraw my complaint with PayPal in order for him to refund me. I contacted PayPal via their chat, and was told if I withdraw the complaint, it will void my buyer protection, so I escalated to an official dispute. PayPal sided with the seller, so no money back, no product, so much for buyer protection. I closed my PayPal account over this; and will never use them for anything again. I will also never again buy from Michael Todd Beauty. They say they have a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. That is a complete falsehood; dare I say they LIED!

The product doesn't have any effectiveness and the whole system is fake. They are a scam company! Avoid at all costs.

We purchased two of these units as they state that it is better than the Navage system. However, after opening up one of them and trying it, it cannot compare and barely works. The company tried to blame us for not using it correctly as if we were stupid. We had to communicate back and forth several times to get authorization to send it back for a refund, as they company promises. However, when we asked to send the second one back, only 3 days past their 30 day return policy, they denied it even though that box had not even been opened. Poor product. Poor customer service. Buyers beware!!!

Ordering directly from NasalFresh MD has been completely unsatisfactory. My order from 12/28/2025 is still waiting to be picked up the carrier Veho for over a week, missing any of the dates specified for delivery when I ordered. I cannot get an answer from customer service when I'll get the order and I can't get an answer on what the return policy is. If you're going to order this item, order from Amazon, not from NasalFresh MD even if it costs you a little more money! At least with Amazon you'll get better delivery date and know the return policy. Who knows whenever I'll get my order since no one can advise! I can only imagine what I'll have to deal with if we aren't satisfied with the product. Never again ordering directly from this company for anything!
