My Nasal Fresh irrigator arrived faulty and I could not get it to work at all. I submitted a customer service request and got an immediate call the next day. They shipped me a replacement irrigator, free of charge. They even sent extra supplies that come with their product, free of charge! I was told I could keep the faulty one for spare parts or dispose of it. My new irrigator arrived and works like a champ! It is so easy to operate and even easier to maintain and clean. It has an automatic self cleaning option for the nasal pump, and the tanks detach and can easily be washed with mild soap and water. So glad I invested in this and literally threw out my old nasty Navage irrigator! I bought the premium version, which came with a nice zipper up case, 60 salt packets, spoon for stirring, and a set of extra nose pads. A must-buy!

I was told by a friend about nasal machines i was a bit leery on purchasing one but my friend who is money wise sold me on how well she loves hers for sinus issues and allergies so i did what i do best is read lots of reviews feel buyers out and see the pros of cons of anything i buy, and how the customer service was and warrantee. I decided with Nasal Fresh i did compare it to the other big top competitor but decided to go with this one i heard the system was better built compared to some who purchased both types. I liked the idea that i did not have to bring the whole machine up to my face i love the hand held unit to switch the flow in the nostril, and the power to turn on and off on the hand unit in your nose. That is a big feature in its own. The other reason i went with nasal fresh was that i heard the other unit had a lot of motor issues because of how it was all in one compartment i guess water must of gotten into it more and it would stop working. When i first ordered it i was skeptical but the customers service and warrantee was what i look for always when i purchase something. Its a big deal or i steer away from a product if i do not see this. My experience with this company has been twice and twice they did not fail me at all. I am a big advocate of this company for everything they stand behind. I would recommend this still to this day 100 percent. I am constantly telling people in my surrounding when i hear sinus issues and using neti pot i'm in there like a dirty rag telling them all the good things about this and why they need to upgrade it is worth every dollar spent on the nasal fresh unit.

Amazing device, I have tried a few different ones but the Nasal fresh is the easiest to use. Highly recommend this product. Even after the first use I was able to tell a difference with my sinuses. Customer service is also amazing. Had an issue and it was handled immediately

This is a game changer! I was a huge believer of the Nettie Pot but this is WAY better! I've had two sinus issues since I received this a month ago and I truly believe it helped me recover faster. I love that I don't have to use the special pods with this new version. My Dr gives me stuff to add in addition to the saline packets and I wouldn't be able to do that with the original version. Very easy to use and easy to clean. I run water thru both sides after I am done to clear out the tubes. Highly recommend!

This review is more to the quality of customer service although I consider the product excellent. I originally purchased my Nasal Fresh MD 7/2/26 I've used neti pots for years but they didn't completely flush my sinuses. It takes a little bit to get used to, the flushing and sucking sensation and the popping of my ears, and the adjusting to let some of the pressure off, once you figure that out it's great flushing your sinuses. The main reason for this review is their customer service, my original unit malfunctioned right when I was diagnosed with a serious sinus issue and being told to flush my sinuses three times a day. I contacted Nasal Fresh, David the customer experience manager responded promptly and apologized for my inconvenience, showed empathy for my situation and replaced my unit immediately with no issues, I'm happy with all my interactions with Nasal Fresh MD You can buy a new $250,000 car and have issues with it but it's the customer service that you receive after you give them your money that counts. They went far and beyond*****

You need this in your life if you ever suffer congestion or post nasal drip. It is much more comfortable to use than a neti pot. The design is incredible and offers three different pressure levels. Flow is completely controlled at the injector so you are easily able to stop it with the "dead man" switch. Just let go and it stops. I thought it would be gross but it is great. The adjustable nasal gaskets are ingenious and really fit any type of nose. It is extremely well designed and easy to clean which is very important for this type of product. They also threw in 60 packets. I bought the kit with the case for an extra 10 bucks and it was totally worth it. I was not expecting to like this but I was very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended!

Have been using the Nasalfresh MD System with Awesome results . I highly recommend the unit and the company . There is a 2 year warranty and the company gives a 5 star service if any issues arise . Albert Gallo
