I was super excited to try this. I feel like after I had a sinus infection beginning if fall last year that one or the other nostril is always clogged up or l've just had a runny nose. Firstly the instructions or very easy to follow to get started. It comes with everything you need and is USB chargeable. It has three levels and comes with a lot of the saline packets. Make sure you are using filtered or distilled water (which is mentioned quite a few times which is good) So upon first use it was so interesting! It didn't feel bad at all just different. And worked quick. After it was finished I feel like I'm breathing so much more normal now(e) I don't feel like there's residual drainage in the back of my sinuses (if that makes sense) Feels like it's finally been cleaned out! And the price I think is good for everything you get. It's everything I mentioned, plus a carrying case, and extra nose pillows.

This is a very good night for cleanser. My son had a very bad cold and this was the only thing that seemed to work. I was able to hook it up at the salt packets and he was able to cleanse his nasal passes with E. He is 14 clean out is easy. It is also very gentle. It did not hurt him at all. I love that. There are three modes for the pressure. I would highly recommend this over a Nettie pot.
