I love this nasal rinse and wash. I have used it a few times so far and it really helps cleanse and decongest my nose. It helps me breathe so much easier and also has helped me with my sinus. It’s also very easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend this nasal system if you’re looking for something effective and affordable !

The machine seemed to work well enough, but not for me. Maybe it's my own passages that are weird? Who knows? Customer service was plenty helpful in working the return.

I have now had 2 ( they replaced the first one) and both died within a month of opening the box. Their support email bounces back.

I have allergies if smoke , pollutant. it caused me migraines. This nasal fresh md helps a lots. I tried for a week now. On the first day, reducing my migraine to 30%. After a week, my migraine left only like 10%. Almost gone. I don’t need to take antihistamines or pain killers anymore.

Wow. I live in Florida, so there is always something blooming that affects my allergies. NasalFresh MD has been a game changer with my congestion and overall snotty-ness. Gone are the days of always needing to keep a tissue in my pocket (and then having to deal with the aftermath of washing said tissue with the rest of my laundry) I've used neti pots and nasal irrigators for the longest time, but this machine blows them out of the water! It is so easy to use and the long hoses allow you to be comfortable while getting comfort. Also, my partner snoring has been drastically reduced, so we are all sleeping better!
