One star is being generous! Ordered CV axle for my pickup. Received an oil filter. So had to cancel order. Would not refund my money until they received the wrong part back. Wrong part was returned promptly two months ago. Still have not received my refund. Had to file a dispute with my credit card. I will never order anything from these people again and I advise you to think about it before you do.
Update: 8/23. Still No Refund

The online pickup date is a complete disaster, don't even trust it. It says ready today and doesn't even have it.

Very happy with all the napa parts I’ve fitted over last few years. Most customers are looking for a quality part at a reasonable price NAPA certainly meet this criteria. Can’t comment on the on line ordering as I get daily deliveries however I would say preserve nothing worth having ever came easy lol

NAPA: Not Actually Purchasing Anything.
First time trying to order anything from NAPA. I would HIGHLY suggest you purchase NOTHING from NAPA. I know I did. I put in an order, and so far, got nothing more than an email saying I ordered something. I ordered tire cleaner, not even some kind of rare or weird part, on 4/30. Site said I would get my items by May 3rd. May 13th, still nothing. No update on the order, no "Sorry, there is a delay. We won't be able to ship this out until X date." Nothing. I had to contact them on May 7 after I heard nothing for over a week. 2 business days later (to their credit) I get a reply saying It should be ready for shipping and I'll get an update once UPS has it. May 13th, nothing. Do NOT, under any circumstances, purchase from this company. Go somewhere that will at least communicate delays to you. I'll give them until Monday, after which point I'll be cancelling my order. And I can already see that's going to be another issue since there is no link or option to cancel online or in the email I originally got.
It doesn't matter if I get my item or not, I will NEVER AGAIN trust this company for anything. Not an in-person store, not online. Nothing. I'll spend my hard earned money at a store that keeps an open line of communication, and makes an attempt to actually ship what you order from them in a timely fashion. Or at the very least, communicate with you when they can't.

Cheap and dont last
Bought a set of rear shocks for my Peugeot 308 via my local supplier. Only been on the car for less for 12 months and both shocks are leaking already and banging away. Cheap prices but dont last long

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly
The Good: Other parts stores mostly seem to have the exact same parts; NAPA often has stuff they don't.
The Bad: Online order pricing. My recent order showed three different prices, depending on whether your believed the email from PayPal, the email from NAPA, or what PayPal showed when the dust had settled. All other businesses get this right, so I don't want to hear the excuses. Also, they often fail to send a "Your NAPA Order is Ready" email, no matter how long you wait. It's happened to me multiple times, so it's a real issue that needs to be fixed.
The Ugly: Sometimes the site is wrong about which parts will and won't fit your car. After doing my homework, I bought a tail-light socket they said wouldn't fit; it fit perfectly. They weren't offering any other option.

Always a problem!
I am always hesitant to buy from this place because something usually goes wrong. But I needed parts quick so I gave it a shot. Online order supposed to be ready in 30 minutes for pickup. 5 hours later still no word, so I went to the store figuring they forgot to notify me like they have in the past. Not only was the order not ready, guy behind the counter was rude and couldn't tell me when it would be ready. Also, for some reason they charged my card more than the order. I cancelled the order and will never even consider buying from them again. Hope it was worth it.
