I went to the foothills Napa, centre on a mission to get some parts for my husband. I was served by a lady who was super helpful and very polite. I didnt catch her name sadly She wore glasses and had brown hair. In this crazy hustle bustle world it’s so refreshing to have some one help me out. This lady went above and beyond to help me with my lack of knowledge for the parts I needed. Thank you for being so courteous and helpful.

One star is way too much
Sorry to give it one star, if I could I would give 0 stars. Their return department only creates labels with UPS but does not send those labels to the customer. All I got was a notification from UPS that a label was created. This is my third time I am going through this with the same order. NEVER, NEVER ever will I order with Napa online and I will tell all of my friends to do the same.

horrible customer service
I placed an order for a Husky floormat on 1/24/24 because the ad said "free by 1/31" and it was going to take up to 4 weeks to get it from Husky. It was $30 more thru NAPA but worth it to get it sooner. Immediatly after placing the order I got an email saying it would be shipped out between 2/6 and 2/12. Saying I was irritated is an understatement. But I waited. And it wasn't shipped out even in their extended time frame. So I called the online number and the customer service rep continually talked over me and cut me off, continually blamed Husky and then said he could cancel the order, as if it was a threat. The problem is NOT with Husky, the problem is NAPA selling things they do not have in stock and then trying to blame other people because they can't meet their own extended delivery dates. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. It'd be far less painful to shove a stick in your eye than to order from NAPA online.

DO NOT ORDER from napa online
DO NOT ORDER from napa online. They double charged me for an item that I never received, and still want me to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund for the lost parts. This is a fkn joke. I will NEVER use napa for anything else ever again. I advise you to do the same!!!

Site says mats fit your car - nope. Then when you contact CS for help you get oh yeah your car isn't the right fit. WAIT WHAT? Your site asked me about the car and said IT FITS. Well it doesn't and if you want to send it back it is 15% restock PLUS you pay for shipping. Will never do business with them again. Their loss.

Corporate Gaslighting
In September I went into Napa in New Minas as told them I didn’t know anything about windshield wipers, but I need to get a new pair that will last me all year round. They sold me their house brand all seasons and installed them for me which I thought was great!
By early December on the first real snow fall I was driving in the next city over and the drivers side wiper blade just fell off. I was very distressed by this because my field of vision was in jeopardy and I wasn’t close to home. I emailed their corporate office from the side of the road after realizing it was too late to get ahold of anyone.
First thing the next morning I called New Minas location and told them what happened and I was asked for a receipt. I didn’t remember if I had one so the lady said: “well that’s what we need”. This was mostly a call from me to let them know that their product put me in danger on the road, but she made it about the warranty immediately. She didn’t care at all what happened to me.
I said: “I contacted corporate about it, but I was hoping to handle this it’s you before they call me back”. She immediately changed her tone and became very cold with me. I asked: “Do you have another model in stock at least so I can come down and buy something else,” and she was really reluctant to help me. I found it so strange. Once she finally gave me the information I was looking for I asked if they could install them for me once again. She rudely said: “maybe”. I said: “I’m sorry, I’m confused, is that a yes or a no?” And she said one sec and put me on hold. She came back and just replied… yup. At this point I realized by her tone that she really didn’t like me as a customer. Which was very uncalled for because I was treating her with the same respect I treat everyone with. She replied to me: “we usually only do it to be nice,”. My question should have been: “and you no longer feel like I deserve you being nice to me?”
I said I would be down soon and we hung up. I searched my entire car out in the cold for an hour and found the receipt and drove down there. I kept saying to myself, “just ask for a manager because she isn’t in a place to help you right now,” to hype myself up because I have a hard time with conflict resolution.
When I got there I said I was there about the blade and I was hoping I could speak with the manager. She leans back in her chair and yells to the back: “Kevin(I think) that woman is here about the blade”. I thought wow that’s so disrespectful. If I had been the owner walking in she would have gotten up from her chair and retrieved the manager and came back with a smile.
He comes out and I ask to speak with him. And he said: “okay” like he was confused. I said: “privately if you don’t mind” because we were standing right in front of the receptionist. He said alright and followed me to my car where I showed him the blade. The metal had bent and the clip came off, so I showed him this.
He starts telling me that this is essentially strong as steel and if it bend I did something to it and he wasn’t going to cover the warranty. But when I had it in my hand it felt like cheap metal and I know I didn’t do anything to do. I didn’t hit it with a scraper, nothing. Also I’ve had blades on this car for a decade and nothing like this ever happened. I started crying and kept saying I don’t understand. Because what he was saying and what I was feeling and seeing with my own senses were completely different. He said: “well I’m not going to help you, sorry” and walked away from me.
I said: “please don’t walk away from me” and started bawling. In the parkinglot I started saying I didn’t deserve this and that they didn’t need to treat me less than a customer. The way they spoke to me was so mean and so belittling and as if I didn’t even matter as a person.
He comes back and starts gaslighting me that they weren’t doing anything wrong. And as men were coming in for the day to make purchases his eyes were fixed on them in fear that they would judge the scene that was taking place in the parking lot. The same look he should have given me for how they made me feel. But he didn’t care about me, he was anxious that others would see what he had done. I said: I don’t like how I was treated and left. Corporate never did call me back.
A few weeks later I told this to my brother in Dartmouth who is a trucker and he asked “Was it Napa?” My jaw dropped. He said: “Don’t take it personally they just do that. A lot of us just know not to buy from them now”.
But either way I deserve an apology for how poorly they treated me. I don’t even care about the warranty. I am just as valuable as any other customer and my needs deserve to be met without corporate gaslighting.

Company who's doesn't care about customers
I placed an order online for an accelerator cable. The order was delivered later than it was supposed to. Upon opening the order it was the completely wrong part. They sent an air intake hose instead of an accelerator cable. I contacted the customer service number. I was told they could cancel and refund the order or replace the order. I asked for them to replace the order as I still need the cable. They then asked me to deliver the wrongly sent item to a UPS drop off location roughly 150 miles away. I was then told they would not process my replacement order until they receive the wrong part back and verify that it is sell able. I asked them to just cancel the order and have ups pick up the wrongly sent part. They refused to do so. They have permanently lost a customer. I hope they enjoy the reviews and social media I plan on filing charges as well
