you know what I hate getting my ears blow out. i'm just listening to music and I get a napa commercial that's unreasonably loud and makes my ears ring. and want to know what's funny it was an ad about their "silent" breaks. the part that blew out my ears was the beginning and the end when they scream napa just tone it down a little bit please.

Started off as an excellent experience, and quickly went south. My order was delayed, there were no functional shipping updates. The links in the email were broken. I had to message customer service and wait a day for a response. My part arrived several days later, but didn't match the description. Several pieces were missing, and the included batteries were dead. To make things worse, it took an odd battery that cost way more than standard AA type would. I messaged customer service and all I get is some bull scrap portal that doesn't allow me access. This is just terrible, I see how people get frustrated with napa. They used to be the go-to place, now they suck.

Napa usually gets it right the first time so I was willing to try to put an order together. Placed an online order for pick up. When the Paypal and confirmation invoice didn't match I cancelled the order. They want to hold an additional 5 percent in case they got the taxes wrong. Overpriced and Outdated. Get it together.

There was a time, not so long ago, as far as parts go NAPA had them if no one else did. I called two local stores in Greensboro , N.C only to find out NAPA does not have a listing for front brake lines on a 1965 Pontiac Lemans. I called O’Reilly’s and not only did they carry them, they had them in stock. My how times have changed!

they sold me ac machine which didnt work they then gave me another one that does not work either. poor customer service have barely responded from the start will not refund money. everyone needs to a call department of fair trading and accc on this company so they dont get away with there scams simon adam and brad from burleigh store and the ones that have ripped me of do not trust them.

Oswaldo, the store manager, provided expert advice on new windshield wipers for both of my cars, and delivered superior service by installing them. It’s a busy store, but he demonstrated what outstanding customer service looks like. They have much more than wipers, I recommend giving this location an opportunity to meet your needs for automotive parts.

Your Dunnellon, Florida store is terrible. Even the manager can’t look up parts correctly. Worst parts store I’ve ever been to. NAPA lost me for good.

NAPA Auto parts stores use to be the place to go, not any more. Been there at least 6 times and walked out empty handed. I'm talking parts like air filter, spark plugs, break pads, radiator hose, nada, zip, nothing. I'm talking about parts for a Chevy! I try desperately to support local businesses. Not going to waste time with local parts stores anymore.
