Stuck on side of interstate, while waiting for Tow I looked on Napa for my parts, all were in stock, seen it said buy online pickup in 30 minutes, so looked at the full disclosure and shows up to 2hrs. Ok not an issue. It was 6pm and they close at 8pm. Worse case was I pick up next day in morning. Did my order paid online, got my confirmation email and Now it shows 4 days to pick up parts that are in stock. Maybe thats just a precautionary thing I thought. Well next day i called asked if my parts will be ready, they said yes they are in stock but your order will not be filled until date on email. So now i have 600$ spent on parts I cant get for 4 days, by the time i get reimbursement by canceling the order will be past the 4 days, so cant just go to a part shop that wants to sell parts. So now im trying to figure out how to get back and forth to work 120 miles every day, because NAPA falsified information to make a sale. If i knew was 4 days, i would just went there and purchased the items. Now im broke so cant get from anywhere. Anyone recommend a good parts store? Been doing business with Napa for 20+ years, Im done now, add to my list of places that do not want business.

I ordered a part online, they placed a hold for the cost of part plus a percentage on my bank account. I picked up the part and the price of the part was taken from my account but the hold stayed for 2 weeks. I accrued overdraft fees during that time. I spoke with customer service 5 times about the issue and they did nothing to help me even though I proved there error.

I’m from Minnesota and had the opportunity to spend a week visiting a friend and visiting many parts of beautiful Colorado. On our way home we stopped in Sterling, CO to have breakfast at McDonalds. Upon leaving my car wouldn’t start the battery was shot. We called for a tow that would take at least 1 1/2 hours. So we called University Napa. The woman that answered kindly said she could send out Dave. He put a new battery in and had us on our way in no time. I tried to give him a tip and he refused. The kindness and skills of the Napa team and especially Dave was greatly appreciated! THANK YOU FROM MINNESOTA!

I called the Hopewell, VA store today. I asked if they found a wallet. The manager, Frank, said he didn't think so but would ask the other employee. I heard the other guy said "actually, yeah." I was put on hold until the manager came back and said "no, we didn't find a wallet." I told him I heard the other guy say they did. He said he didn't know why I'd think I heard that, but they didn't find one and hung up on me. I thought maybe they didnt find a "lady" wallet, and they meant they didnt have one of those. I went down to the store to inquire about the wallet. He said they don't have one. I asked if they had a "lost and found" he could check. They don't have a "lost and found". I spoke of the phone call, and Frank told me they think an employee took it home. That employee would be back on Tuesday. They would ask him on Tuesday, and they would let me know then. He wishes they had put it in the safe, but they didn't. I think Frank got flustered and didn't know how to handle the situation. I was also confused. I heard them clear as day say there was one found, but Frank told me nobody said that and he hung up on me instead of explaining. He could have said, "we thought there was one found, but there wasn't one in the safe. If we do find it, we'll give you a call back. Would you like to leave a phone number?" Why are employees taking "found" items home? Especially wallets? Why DON'T they have a "lost and found"? Whether or not this man took the wallet home, this store needs to take a course in how to resolve issues, what to do with lost and found items, to make a lost and found location, and HOW to handle important found items. Very disappointed in Napa and their managing abilities today.

On their website they advertise the oil at 25.95 but when you google napa motor oil it comes up at16.99, so what price is good? Iam tired of all these companies bait and switching their products ,could someone explain this to me.ifyou going the store and ask,they saying a internet price,but even when ordered online it's still the higher price,so thanks napa for doing everyone wrong .

Local NAPA (Bridgewater NS) mechanic tried to con me. After my trusted (non NAPA) mechanic serviced my car he strongly advised an alignment and stated, 'everything steering wise is tight, but the alignments is tearing the outside right tire'. On this advice I booked an appointment at NAPA. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and was told it would be about an hour, two hours later, no call so I call them. Turns out they were refusing to do the alignment due to a loose tie rod left side, and wated me to pay extra... It's really nice to have a mechanic I can trust implicitly. The NAPA mechanic that looked at my car tried to con me, flat out tried to cheat me into paying for work I don't need. The tie rod is fine and was checked again by a mechanic I trust. These lot are crooks, be wary.

I worked for NAPA as a delivery driver,I was hit broadside on my passenger side by a dump truck.I was told my job was secure.A week later the car I was driving was totaled.I was told that we should part ways.

We lost our alternator in Mount Vernon. Illinois traveling from Florida on a Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day and CJ was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he sell us an alternator but he also went above and beyond to help us find someone to put it in on a holiday weekand kudos to Napa, a plus plus customer service.
