Chris and Ray were great to deal with when I was buying a hot tub, shopped 3 other brands and they were hands down the most informative, knew their product and made me feel at ease going with Jacuzzi. After the hot tub was delivered and set up I had to reach out several times for some advice/ help and they got right back to me and helped out, I'm also in sales and they hit all the marks and provided a great customer experience

They promise (namco store manager) to replace metal railing around the pool once it got rusted within the time frame period which it did less than 3 years it started getting rusted. brought it to their attention with photos and all they kept giving me the runner around for so long until warranty expired than said it has expired. Very unprofessional on their part after spending more than 5,000 in their namco store from purchasing the pool and supplies to maintain the pool clean etc..they do not own to their own word!!! false advertised company! Taking long to fix the situation so the warranty could expire to play you like a fool.

We bought a pool last year and then it had to be taken down before the end of the pool year due to a hole in the outer skin. Haven’t heard from anyone this year as to when this spring the new pool will go up.
