Hi Bob, thanks for your feedback. Our meeting scheduler does send a 24-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder, and "starting in 10 minutes" email message. I'll pass on your feedback about the number of emails to our team. We want to make sure that we're providing enough information without overwhelming our users and we'll work to strike the right balance. Hi Gladys, appreciate your feedback and happy to clarify our pricing structure. If you are a legacy "docs only" user, you pay a flat setup + flat annual fee. If you are a "fully featured" user, you pay a flat monthly fee. You never pay both. If you accidentally sign up for a 2nd service you don't need, we proactively refund you. I don't see your name in our client database, but our policy is to only charge our users for one Solo 401k plan. If you think your 1-star rating was an error, we invite you to revise the review.
