I don't show you submitted any questions or requests for help regarding your plan via our live online chat, voicemails, emails, our Weekly Q&A sessions, or our interactive Plan Owner Community. It does look like you used a different email address for your anonymous review than what we have on file for your Solo 401k plan. Thanks for your clear feedback, Anna. We have various support channels, including our Community-based support (with our in-house experts and other Solo 401k plan owners answering questions regularly!), in addition to our Knowledge Base, live chat, and weekly Q&A sessions. I know the 401k plan can be overwhelming - there's a lot to it which is why we make our network of partners available, too (banks, CPAs, attorneys, investment ideas, etc). Please utilize our support channels so we can continue to support you - your retirement goals are worth it.

Hi Joshua. Thanks so much for catching our mistake. Some images of yet-to-be-released app features were missing their "coming soon" notice. We have fixed that thanks to your pointing it out. I'm sorry that the missing notice caused you a poor experience. I would like to clarify some of the points you mentioned. Our rollover initiation documents are automated and self service 24-7. IRS plan document maintnence is automated on an ongoing basis and only requires the occassional online signature from you. IRS annual reporting generally involves Form 5500-EZ. Our automatic 5500-EZ generator enables you to file your 5500-EZ in June before the July deadline. As the deadline approaches you get an invitation to use it. We always recommend you let your accountant file all tax forms, but you can use our pre-filled 5500-EZ to save your accountant time or submit the form to the IRS yourself. Anytime you want to do a participant loan, the process of generating your participant loan documents and signing them is all self-serve 24-7 online. You then transfer the loan proceed using online banking with one of our banking partners. This does require a separate login to transfer the money, but soon that will all We do open your crypto account for you with white glove service at no account opening fee, and all you need to do is complete the crypto trading application form. We're happy to help you with an onboarding meeting to show you how to get things done using our tools. That said, we're not at rest. We are committed to making our Solo 401k solution even more powerful and easy to use. You can expect major functionality releases every quarter from us, and we're always open to suggestions. Thanks for your feedback, Mickey. It looks like you submitted your Solo 401k application on March 16th at 9:25 pm. We completed and delivered your 401k documents to your online portal on March 17th at 8:45 am. We're happy to support you in getting your questions answered for taking next steps. You did sign up for the Roth IRA LLC as well, but those aren't invoices from Wyoming. They are receipts (we paid your setup fees as part of the plan setup), so you have those for your records.
