Have appearance of non-professionalism and shady. As if someone was running it out of their house our garage. Not very good at follow up and assuring the customer that there was stability in the company.

After just joining, using their services to restate an existing Solo 401k, I sent an email question on how to complete a required document. Rather than getting a reply I was required to wait for their next webcast a few days in the future! Poor customer service in my opinion.

Used them to set up 401k and that went well. They then put me on their blog list and inundated me with emails day in and day out - every single post ('Margaret liked Steve's post') appeared as a new email. When I asked to be removed, he told me to log in to the blog that I had never signed up for to begin with and set up my preferences myself. The guy was just oblivious.

Thanks for your feedback! We don't have a blog list but it looks like you signed up for our social network (which was sending you notifications). You can turn all notifications off at any time OR customize them to only get a daily digest if you prefer. We're constantly upgrading our tools to make using your Solo 401k even easier and hope this helps!

Never used it! It wasn't the right product for me which I wish I had realized before dropping so much money to open it.
