Very easy to setup, very easy to use so far. Filled out the application online and my 401k plan was ready in about 3 hours. They have a bank partner in their portal so it took about 2 minutes to get that application in. And they prefilled brokerage applications for me for Schwab so I didn't have to guess. Slick portal and their support responded right away when I had a question via email.

I've had my Nabers Group Solo 401k plan for going on 4 years now. They continue to release new software tools making it easy to manage my own 401k plan. And their customer service is excellent. They have a ton of help articles (this is a self-directed plan after all, so I am totally fine with looking for answers for myself first). But if I ever can't find something in the knowledge base, they have online chat (with an AI agent that is actually good and trained on their own knowledge). And if the help articles and AI agent don't cut it, their team actually takes the time to respond to your emails. In like 1 day. Refreshing. Rachel and the team continue to deliver after being with them for years (how many companies take your money and then the service sucks?). Highly recommend.

For many years I had heard about solo 401ks but never had the courage to explore it further because, frankly, the complexity of it all sounded to daunting. And then I found Nabers/Solo41k! Yes they offer wonderful support, an intuitive platform, and a wealth of information, but their true superpower is their ability to simplify the whole process and make this wonderful tool accessible to common (and mathematically challenged) people like me!

I did a huge amount of research before choosing both a Solo 401k provider and Self-Directed Roth IRA provider. I ultimately decided upon Nabers for both of those important financial tools and am super happy I did so. I have now been using Nabers for several years for both my Solo 401k and my Self-Directed Roth IRA. They have deep expertise and are reasonably priced. They are very well organized and provide clear guides in the documentation process. And they provide quick ongoing support for any questions that have arisen over the years. Outstanding. I have also recommended them to my sister for her business and she is extremely pleased with them too. I would unreservedly recommend Nabers to anyone looking to set up a Solo 401k or Self-Directed Roth IRA.

I specifically use the Solo 401k product and it has been a breath of fresh air. It is a bit expensive but expected for the service provided. I enjoy all of the features and support has been great! The AI chat works well even with my very long and multi-faceted question. I got paired up with a support agent (Rachel Nabers) who also happened to be one of the founders and I much appreciate the above-and-beyond extent that she went to in helping me answer all of my concerns and questions. Overall I would definitely recommend this product!
