Absolutely love MyZone. I definitely push myself. I make sure I get a minimum of 300 meps a day. Been using it for about 5 years. The only thing I've had to replace is the chest band. Not the pod, just the elastic bad. I keep it in front of me while I'm teaching so I can watch my heartrate. Last year I had a stroke, so I monitor myself and back off when I get into the red. It's a great workout device. I recommend it all the time. I'm actually a little pushy about it😁

It’s good to receive positive reinforcement for physical activity. Maintain silver status adds incentive to get moving when I’m not necessarily feeling it. No matter how hard it may be to get started, I always feel better after.

Myzone keeps me accountable to work hard but also keeps me within a safe range.

I am on my third piece of hardware b/c the pieces slowly stop working well. My third piece (wrist) has a 15 second delay (est.) b/w how my actual heart rate and what my unit displays. My previous chest monitors didn't have this issue...but then again, they stopped working.

I don’t feel I get much reward for continuing to be a Hall Of Fame member. I love earning my MEPS but I don’t feel like I’m getting much back from the brand

Love myzone it really motivates me and keeps me exercising, gets addictive but I guess that’s a good thing to keep you going.
