I have used a number of different manufactures heart rate products in the past. Since using MYZONE personally and for my business, I have a literally seen it change lives every week. In a world of confusion and lack luster customer service blamed on things beyond our control… MYZONE has stayed consistently great with a team that cares about their customers and continues to improve its product and service! I’m a lifer!!

Your customer service is terrible - non-responsive to inquiries and generally giving no way way to connect with a person - instead you force to use another useless bot . I have an injury and have had an operation thus can’t exercise this month and do jot want to lose my diamond status . I’ve written through the customer service page and had no response . There is no customer service phone number

Hi, Hugh, Thank you for sharing this feedback--we definitely do not want to frustrate anyone with our path to our support team, so truly do appreciate your perspective. Do please rest assured that status is frozen indefinitely due to the ongoing challenges that COVID continues to pose around the globe. You will not slide back if you miss your MEPs for the month. If you would like to share any more feedback about your experience with the support site or product, please do feel welcome to email [email protected]. In health and gratitude, Team Myzone

I’ve been using MyZone since 2016. Workouts don’t seem to count without my MEPs. I’m motivated each month to hit my monthly targets. The social aspect is nice, too, though very secondary for me.

I enjoy MyZone! It has kept my fitness goals on track for years. The belt syncs with my Peloton, iPhone and Strava app as well, which I also enjoy using.
