I love wearing the my zone belt! It is comfortable. I love how you can monitor your workout anywhere using the my zone app . Also it incentivizes me to work out harder as I watch my workout on the screens at my gym ! The my zone emails are encouraging and I love the challenges and competitions with my zone! They force me to work out at my fullest potential !

My Myzone is my workout partner. It feeds into my need to challenge myself as well as helping me to not over do it. At 67 years young I still workout cycling and weight training almost like I did when I was a career Personal Trainer and Cycle Instructor. I Love my Myzone and will not train without it.
