I bought an xlPupsicle and freezer mold at our local pet store. They've worked great for my Tripawd boy who can't easily hold a puzzle toy. I appreciate the shape wobbles but stays upright and doesn't roll away so it helps him have a calm solo play session

If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone out of my way to try to cancel auto shipments, accounts, the works and I still get charged and still get the product. My dog can not eat them and I have 5 bags because they will not cancel. There is zero zero way to get a live person or even a productive email to them.

I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. We have two Pupsicles for our dog and it’s our go-to over Kongs to entertain our dog. We love how we can fill the molds in the freezer without having to put the whole Kong in . It’s not messy and takes our dog at least 20 minutes to get through one It gets a little hard to clean but we have two do we can cycle them

So I saw all the ads for my Woof and thought it would be great for my beagle mix who loves to chew. The smallest size is still too big for my dog plus she doesn't chew it with the pupsicle pops in it. Just a lot of licking. So doesn't work as a chew for us. Their training treats (love nuggests) also contain garlic?!?! Isn't it bad for dogs? And their bully sticks says 'odor free' which is so far from the truth. Smells like rotten fish so bad that when our dog starts chewing on one, the whole family complains of the awful smell. Maybe it would work for other dog families but not us. Plus it's pretty pricey for something that doesn't work.

Hi JAM, Thanks for your feedback! The Pupsicle is actually meant to be licked instead of chewed, so it sounds like your pup is using it as intended. As far as the garlic powder, it can actually be beneficial for dogs in low doses - garlic makes up about 0.07% of the love nuggets recipe, which is well under the guideline for safe consumption. This is the worst pet product I have ever bought. The holders for the treats are DEFECTIVE They cannot be closed after usage 2 or 3 times. I sent the large ones back(4)…. I have 3 dogs. The value of them was almost $100. And what did they do in response ….? Sent me 2 bags of small refills… value $20. In my humble opinion they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

My Great Dane pup has a large Pupsicle. I freeze refills and it's durable and worked fine, until I could no longer get the top off to refill. I tried vegetable oil, warm water soak, jar opener, channel locks...no luck. It's only been used about 10-12 times, still have the box...I'd love suggestions to solve my issue. It's a great entertainment.

Hi Kathleen, Thanks for your review, happy to send over some tips and tricks! After using your Pupsicle for awhile, we sometimes find that it can get a bit sticky which causes some difficulty in separating the two pieces. Here are a few tricks to try out: 1. Hold gently: Hold your pupsicle gently when trying to unscrew it. It's natural to hold the Pupsicle tight while trying to unscrew it, but this can put additional pressure on the threads, which keeps them stuck. 2. Oil it: I won't go into detail here since it sounds like you've tried this 3. Soak & roll: Soak in warm water, and then roll your pupsicle against the counter (like you're rolling a lime). The warm water can help to dislodge any stuck food, and rolling it afterward will help finish loosening up anything that gets stuck. 4. Freeze: Try storing your pupsicle in the freezer for a little bit and then trying to separate it. The cold temperatures can help to contract the rubber a bit so that it won't stick! Just received the Pupsicle Freezer Mold - Large. Less than impressed. Tiny little ball molds! Totally duped by the photo on line ( Pinterest where one of the influencers promoted these and then on Amazon). My Golden Retriever and my medium sized dog will chew through these tiny balls in less than a minute. They won’t likely lick. I will try them and if my prediction is right, I will return them. If it is a bad experience, I will let you know and will let others know on social media! Very deceptive sizing! Tomorrow, the rest of the starter pack is due to arrive…

I bought 2 of the pup starter packages for my Saint Bernards. I opened it and cleaned both balls and gave them to my dogs. The one dog did not want it but my other dog started licking the treat for about 15 minutes. He suddenly stopped and stood up and got sick. He has again gotten sick since this initial incident and is very lethargic for the past couple of hours. I took this away from him and tried to contact WOOF. The response I received was insulting stating I should of consulted my vet prior to giving this to my dog since it could of been due to an underlying allergy or issue with high-fat treats being given to him. I find this matter alarming that statement would be a response since their advertising never had any warnings nor do their products which I just check throughly to see if there was a disclaimer. I requested to be sent a prepaid return label and refunded in full for both of the starter sets. I have yet to hear anything back from them since everything is done through emails and there is no contact number to speak to a live person. If I have to I will peruse legal action against this company since my concern is what is in this product that is imported from China?
