My card was hacked from January 11 - 12th, 2025. I did not notice the charges until January 27th 0r 28th. I never received an alert or anything. The customer service is the worst. And it's hard to understand them over the phone. I'm assuming my dispute was denied because I returned the dispute letter late. They only give you 10 days from the dispute to return the letter, including the mailing time. Once I realized the mail was in my mailbox, I completed it and returned it. I missed the deadline by a couple of days. Once I unlock my account, I will remove my money and never use this bank again.

DO NOT get a Wisely card. Your money WILL NOT be secure. I’ve never had my card hacked or had someone try to steal my money from a bank card EVER until Wisely. I’ve now had 5 incidents of fraud/attempted fraud with my card and Wisely does NOTHING to prevent it and very little to fix it. I lost $80 because I didn’t provide evidence that my money was stolen fast enough for Wisely. DISGUSTING! Don’t use them!!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS!! This is the WORST bank EVERRRRR!!! My card got hacked and I can’t get my money….charges were coming up twice and they have the audacity to say it was a pending transaction, but it states it twice. They locked my card but yet transactions were still hitting my account. My card went negative, I didn’t even know that was an option. I told them y would I make this transaction and I didn’t even have enough funds in my account at the time for it!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS IDC!! Now I have to wait on a card. I can’t wait to close this horrible bank. And from the looks of it (skimming through the other reviews) ALOT of us got scammed/hacked around the same time….what a coincidence huh 😒🤔….this is just sad we work too hard for our little change and they have the nerve to allow weird a** transactions like this.

I had a fraudulent charged they dismissed , they sent replacemnt card ( which by the way you cannot get ur money out without that card being active ) said 7-10 biz days . Still not delivered after 12 days since Intial call . They then are expedite a new one which will now take another week . This is BS plz save ur time and do not bank with them . This bank is a scam I DONOT get my paycheck any earlier than I would’ve if I used a diff bank

Card was hacked. They said they reviewed the unauthorized purchase, and it was determined there was no fraud!!? I am out $300 . Please stay away from Wisley !!

They claim you get your Direct deposit from your paycheck early, but they pay you the same time. Everyone else gets their paper checks at my job.and they are trying to blame my company for it when a coworker has a different bank and his money was there Wednesday morning when we left work

OMG for the 2nd time in less than 3 months, our card has been locked! The first time we had to pay 35.00 to get a new card and again they want another 35.00 The only way to get access to our money is to get a new card. They claim it's due to suspicious activity someone trying to access our account online. How in the hell can they get away with this? They ask for a security phrase and since we couldn't verify that they won't unlock the card. We verified DOB and SS but that's NOT good enough it comes down to a stupid security phrase that we can't remember or in our opinion, we don't remember setting one up!! WTF is the deal it feels like they are locking the acct to get that 35.00. We have had the acct locked a total of 3 times the two I mentioned were recent and close together. We NEVER received any notifications of suspicious activity, the way we found out was when we went to access the acct online it right away stated our acct had been locked due to too many login attempts. This has resulted in some of our bills not being paid which in turn results in late fees. WTF wisley!!! It's our EFFing money!!! What gives you the right to lock us out of it!!!!!!!!! Oh and get this they requested a picture of photo ID and SS to verify the account and once we sent that it says the images will be reviewed in 2 business days so now we wait 2 days for that then another 2-3 days that is if we pay extra for them to expedite it if not its 7-10 days which results in having no money access for at minimum of 5 up to 12 days Thanks a lot wisely asses!

Customer BEWARE!!!!! I reported my wisely card stolen in January 2025 and ordered a replacement of which I was charged $8 and finally received a letter with details of the investigation and the outline of where a card SHOULD be but NO card. I called again to order another replacement and the nerve of the card services representative to request another fee. She waived the fee when I threatened to cancel Wisely services. Today is March 14th 2025 and still no card. I called yesterday and the rep said in about 2 weeks. Avoid this card at all costs. I'm switching over to Chime.
