This has to be one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. I bought a parking pass for a Dallas Cowboys game that should have been electronically delivered. Instead, they sent me LA Dodgers NLDS in Los Angeles(I live in Dallas)!!!! They charged me $183.63 for the wrong ticket and refused to give me a refund. They even accused me of lying saying they had proof I “accepted” a transfer. I called BEFORE my event and they could not reproduce my ticket. This is a TOTAL SCAM so stay away!!!! P.S. I knew something wasn’t right when they kept me on hold for an hour saying “they are working on it.” That’s when they said they had “proof” I had the tickets and sent me a generic email saying I accepted a transfer STAY AWAY!!!

I purchased 4 tickets, floor seating to see Bob Seger in Austin Tx 10/24/17. Due to health issues Seger had to postpone the tour. I purchased tickets for a certain date as a going away celebration. The show did not happen. Therefore I should be entitled to a full refund. Ticket Tracker says No refund on postponed events. I believe this is a breach of contract and am interested in a class action lawsuit if you have been denied a refund please contact me. Denver Koon

To be avoided. Game for tickets were bought was moved. On receipt of notification asked for full refund. Emails ignored as was complaint via PayPal. Had to telephone customer services. Initially told game wasn't moved then told tickets were transferred to new venue. Only after a 30 min call did they then accept this wasn't the case. It was only then did I look them up on Facebook and here on TrustPilot to find out how poor this company is. Still awaiting refund and told it could take TWO WEEKS!

Purchased tickets to see U2 in St. Louis, MO. U2 canceled the concert. I sent an email to "mytickettracker' immediately. I was told I had to return a the credit card / gift card in a traceable manner and I would be refunded upon receipt within 7 to 10 business days. Tracked the return, waited 10 business days for a refund on my credit card. And called the company. I waited 16 minutes on hold only to have them pick up and ask me to please hold on (I didn''t get to say a word). Another 4 minutes and she picked up the phone. She was VERY NICE. However she did not have the ability to help me. She said, she would "tell them back there". She had no way of knowing when I would receive a a credit. She said I would need to call back again next week. It is unacceptable to wait period. I'll call back next week and update my review accordingly.

Horrible customer service or should I say no customer service. They hide behind other ticket selling websites. Somehow we got the wrong tickets ordered on the site browser cache not sure how it happened. I contacted them in less then 5 mins and they basically said to bad all sales are final and they were rude about it to. As you can see by the feed back they get here they are bad. Too bad you can't see who is the ticket seller to after you purchase the tickets. Stay clear of them as they will not help you if anything goes wrong.

They post a picture of the view that you will see the football game and down at the bottom says "obstructed view" when purchasing it doesn't say final say and the insurance is no help. The people that work there don't care about anything but their money and won't willing to work with you to even exchange the tickets. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company! They suck!!!!

Purchased 4 tickets and after hitting "Send" realized that significant additional charges were added. I called immediately to request cancellation of order but was told "Unable". Basically, they got their money and that's all that mattered. Zero concern about the customer. Only concerned about the bottom line of cash in their pockets!

The amount that mytickettracker.com charges for each ticket in service fees is totally highway robbery. I bought Tom Petty concert tickets and was charged $107.67 for a service fee for EACH ticket. I've purchased many concert tickets in my lifetime and have NEVER paid over $30 per ticket for a service fee. I feel like I've been financially raped and will never buy tickets from this website again. Buyers please beware!!!
